One of our top clients that we work with here at NCS has secured a multitude of work in the London Area and is looking to see it through with the help of an experience Street works Co-ordinator.
As Street works Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and administration of permitting. This will involve the monitoring and co-ordination of street work activities.
Working closely with local authorities, you will be responsible for opening and closing permits using street work systems whilst ensuring that all aspects of the TMA (Traffic Management Act) are met.
The role will require ability document control as well as administrative work as stated about, whilst ensuring competencies and compliance is met.
Previous experience in this field is required but if you feel you have transferrable skills then don't hesitate to get in touch.
Communicational skills will be key for the role in question as you'll be liaising with local councils to secure permits and relaying this information to Project Managers and Supervisors.
Computer literacy skills will also be required with knowledge of Microsoft or similar software.
